To support our local Restaurant Partners and their operations, Foodee has implemented a submission date to all orders. Once the deadline has been reached, the order is immediately sent to the Restaurant for confirmation. If the submission date has passed and you have concerns about your order, please reach out to the Service Team in the chat function on our website and the team will do their best to accommodate.

Team Orders or Non-Sharing Style Orders

Any changes such as adding and/or removing items to an order (This includes the removal of an item if the user is not in office) within 3 hours of the delivery time will not be accepted. The pick up time of your order is roughly 30 minutes before the delivery time, this allows adequate time for loading/unloading and delivering the order.

In some unforeseeable circumstances where the request to remove an item within 3 hours of the pick-up time is submitted, the Service Team will request for the restaurant not to prepare the meal as to limit food wastage, but your team will still be charged.

To ensure that you never miss the submission date, you can adjust your deadline notification settings in your Notification Preferences to be reminded of upcoming order deadlines.

When canceling an entire order, depending on the size of the order requires a minimum number of hours notice to cancel. For orders with less than 25 people, we require a 24 hour notice to cancel. For orders with more than 25 people, we require a 48 hour notice to cancel.


  • Some restaurants require more notice, please check with the Service Team if you are unsure

  • Same-day cancellations are subject to full charges

  • Cancellations are business days and do not include weekends. Therefore, “24-hour notice” for Monday deliveries is on Friday.

Sharing Style Orders

These orders are very large in comparison to regular orders and will require more time for changes and cancellations by our restaurant partners. Any order increase or reduction will need at least 48H notice. Please contact our Service Team to place a change request with he restaurant.

When canceling a sharing style order, depending on the size of the order requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel.

Some restaurants may require more than 48 hours notice to cancel, please check with the Service Team to make a request. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to full charges.
